PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a securing and tensioning device, in which a tensional stroke is not limited and which can be tensed again and is handled easily, by providing a thrust member, a clamping element and a tensioning element arranged at the free end of a pipe to be pulled in. SOLUTION: A sleeve 2 is disposed at the rear end of a percussion boring device 1, a pipe 3 to be pulled into the sleeve 2 is inserted and the towing cable 4 is introduced, a thrust member 5 is disposed at the rear end of the pipe 3, and a clamping element 10 and a tensioning element 15 are disposed adjacent to the member 5. When a lever extending section 20 is moved in the opposite direction to a pressure plate 6, the cable 4 is towed by the element 10, the member 5 and the pipe 3 and tensed. When the element 15 is moved in the direction of the pressure plate 6, the element 10 tightly holds the cable 4, and the cable 4 is further tensed by anew moving the element 15 in the opposite direction to the direction of the pressure plate 6. Each desired pretension of the cable 4 is attained by moving the element 15 any time.

PURPOSE:To provide a manufacturing method for a vibrator having a high manufacturing yield. CONSTITUTION:A wire rod 10 comprising metal material is formed so as to have the diameter of 5mm with a cylindrical die 12 and further cut into the pieces having the length of 500mm. The cut wire rod 10 undergoes heat treatment in hydrogen atmosphere at 800 deg.C for two hours. The wire rod 10 is sequentially pulled out with triangle dies 14, 16, 18 and 20 in the straight-line shape without through a winding step furthermore. The wire rod is formed so as to have the triangular cross section. The wire rod 10, which is shaped to have the triangular cross section, is cut into pieces of, e.g. the length of 400mm. The wire rod is sent to the following step keeping the straight line shape.

CONSTITUTION: In a wire rewinder, band rollers 5, 6, 7 are so constituted as being attached together with an endless band 1 having its fixing part 8 guided coaxially in front of the front surface of wire guiding roller blocks 2, 3, 4 on the circumferences of which a wire whose circumference is coated runs without twisting on the circumference of the abovementioned band rollers. Wire moving rollers 9 and 11 are positioned in front of respective wire guiding roller blocks 2 and 3 and in parallel to a shaft direction in relative thereto. PURPOSE:To obtain a titled clamping device which executes easily the attaching and detaching work of a PC steel material and a PC steel material holding wedge, by constituting a PC steel material holding divided wedge supporting part and an insert- through part of a PC steel material in a temporary fixating piece, of a notch part which is provided in a row along the outside circumferential edge of the temporary fixation piece and is opened to the outside, respectively. CONSTITUTION:When fitting a temporary fixation piece 11 and a regular fixation piece 14 to PC steel material 15A, 15B groups to be strained and fixated, the steel materials 15A, 15B are install-racked on notch parts 12, 13 of said each piece from the outside of the fixation pieces 11, 14. Subsequently, divided wedges 16, 16' are fit-installed to the notch parts 12, 14. Subsequently, the steel material 15A is held through the divided wedge 16 by a notch part 13' of the piece 14, also the tip is held through a divided wedge 16' by notch part 13 of the piece 11, and the steel material 15B is inserted through the notch part 13 of the piece 11. Also, the tip of the steel material 15B is held by the notch part 12 of the piece 14 throgh the divided wedge 16, and the steel materials 15A, 15B are strained by expanding a jack 17 installed through between the pieces 11, 14. Subsequently, when a prescribed strain is completed, the jack 17 is loosened by making all the divided wedges 16 of the piece 14 gnaw in.

PURPOSE:To prestress plural strand steel wires simultaneously, by inserting plural strand steel wires through wire loosening holes and pulling out them while retwisting them and tensing all strand steel wires after loosening again them and tensing them temporarily. CONSTITUTION:Plural strand steel wires 1 are pulled out from a strand rack through plural parallel insertion holes of a rear-side fixed abutment 6. They are inserted through plural wire loosening holes of a rear-side wire loosening device 7 and are fixed to plural fixing holes of a retwisting device 8. Steel wires 1 are pulled out by drawing the retwisting device 8 while retwisting them and are inserted through plural wire loosening holes of a front-side wire loosening device 9 and are fixed to a front-side tensing abutmemt 10. The retwisting device 8 is removed, and every steel wire is grasped by a temporarily tensing device 5 and is tensed backward to remedy the asymmetrical slack of the steel wire 1. Next, the front-side tensing abutment 10 is drawn forward to tense all strand steel wires 1 and they are prestressed simultaneously.
