Furthermore, the control device is provided with a hold-down element (23), which lies against the second lateral surface (15) of the hollow shaft (14) and has at least one reach-over projection (46), which reaches over the support projection (26) of the rotary bearing element (20). The hold-down element (32) has an elastic locking arm (38) for locking with the hollow shaft (14) on the second lateral surface (15) of the hollow shaft. A stationary counter bearing element (52), which is positioned at a distance from the locking arm (38), is arranged within the hold-down element (32) or alternatively outside of the hold-down element (32). An optical waveguide element (47) is used to conduct light of a light source (48) to a light marking (51) on the rotary control element (16) or alternatively next to the rotary control element (16). In order to lock the locking arm (38), the optical waveguide element (47) lies against both the locking arm (38) and the counter bearing element (52) in the manner of a fitting piece.
