101 keyboard JP18856197 1997-07-14 JPH1131276A 1999-02-02 KOBAYASHI KATSUYA
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exchange a keyboard unit from the surface side while ensuring the drop preventing performance of a keyboard. SOLUTION: A keyboard unit 3 in which a water proof sheet is stuck to its upper face is attached from the upper side to an opening part provided on the upper face of a case 1 inclined so that the front side can be made lower. Then, a liquid tray 12 is integrally provided with the case at the lower side of the keyboard unit 3 in the case so that even when liquid spilled to the keyboard intrudes inside from a clearance between the keyboard unit 3 and the case 1, the liquid can be remained without being dropped. Also, the part of the liquid tray 12 covered with the keyboard unit 3 is provided with a through- hole 15 for allowing a connection cable 10 to pass, and a water wall 16 is provided like a bank in the surrounding of the through-hole 15. Moreover, a water proof sheet 19 is provided between the liquid tray 12 and a control circuit substrate 9, and even when liquid is dropped beyond the water wall 16, it can be prevented from being dropped to the control circuit substrate 9.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a push button at an automatic vending machine, etc., which reduces a cost by reducing the number of components and avoids a damage to a display function in spite of miniaturization by changing a displaying method. SOLUTION: LED 18a emitting green light and LED 18b emitting red light are mounted at the prescribed position of a print board 17 forming a wiring pattern for a switch circuit. A cover 20 provided with a thin part 20a, a projecting part 20b and an electrode 20c is provided like covering these and plural lenses 15 are mounted on them. The board 17 which has watertightness kept by the cover 20 and mounts LED 18a and 18b is housed in a main body consisting of a case 11 and a base 12. The base 12 is fixed to the transparent panel of an automatic vending machine, etc. The cost down and miniaturization of the push button are made possible by constitution like this. In addition, as plural colors can be used, the kinds of display are remarkably increased. COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO

PURPOSE: To select a proper number of key regions, by identifying a switch signal from all switch contact elements disposed under a specific key region of a specific key pad as the command to operate the specified key region. CONSTITUTION: When a key pad is disposed on a switch pad 7, pressure applied to one of key regions is transmitted to one or a plurality of switch contact elements 8 disposed under key regions through a thin film on which a letter is written. An upper contact face 9 is brought into contact with both of the halves of a bottom contact face through a hole 10, and a switching signal is supplied to a microprocessor connected to an input key board. Next, since the microprocessor can completely identify a minimum group unit composed of the six elements 8, operation of each key region completely corresponds to one piece of information for the microprocessor. Thus, the microprocessor can assign a preprogrammed unit price per weight for each defined key region by a previously stored operation program. COPYRIGHT: (C)1991,JPO

The present invention concerns an operation key for keyboards forming a human-machine interface of the type which comprises at least one printed circuit, one membrane, wherein said key acts on the printed circuit at least by the intermediary of the membrane. The invention consists in that it is composed of a first portion referred to as key body (3) and a second portion composed of a cap which can be placed onto said key body (3), wherein said key body (3) can be arranged in a reception compartment for a reception plate (40) which can be positioned above the membrane, wherein said compartment is provided with an opening by means of which said key body (3) can be at least partially engaged in order to press on said membrane, such that a pressure on said key body (3) generates a pressure of the membrane on the printed circuit, wherein the path of the key body is limited by the plate (40). Application to human-machine interface keyboards.
