109 Opening and closing control device of circuit breaker JP2006258886 2006-09-25 JP2008078079A 2008-04-03 SAITO MINORU
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening and closing control device of a circuit breaker which outputs an open electrode directive signal or a close electrode directive signal to a circuit breaker, in a waiting time of not longer than one cycle at most, when the open electrode directive signal or the close electrode directive signal is detected, thereby allowing the circuit breaker to be opened or closed, when a main circuit current or a system voltage has the desired phase. SOLUTION: An opening and closing control device 100 of a circuit breaker comprises an opening and closing control signal output time duration calculation means 10 and an opening and closing directive signal output delay means 20. The opening and closing control signal output time duration calculation means 10 calculates the opening and closing control signal output time duration so that the circuit breaker is opened or closed with the desired phase, after the lapse of the time duration, corresponding to the sum of the opening and closing control signal output time duration and an estimated opening electrode operation time duration or an estimated closing electrode operating time duration of the circuit breaker 620, on the basis of detection timing of an opening electrode directive signal or a closing electrode directive signal. The opening and closing directive signal output delay means 20 outputs the opening electrode directive signal controlled in delay or the closing electrode directive signal controlled in delay to the circuit breaker, after the lapse of the latest opening and closing control signal output time duration, when the opening electrode directive signal or the closing electrode directive signal is actually detected. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trip device enabling a user to choose its operation mode between an operation mode for reclosing a circuit breaker and an operation mode for leaving it unreclosed when a failure is displayed. SOLUTION: A trip member 18 is divided into a first working part 30 engaged with a tripping rod 24 of an actuator 16 and a second working part 32 interlocking with a display device 20. A mechanical engagement member 36 is disposed between the working parts 30, 32 and adjusted so that it can be used at either position of a link position or a non-engagement position. When the mechanical engagement member 35 is present at the non-engagement position, the first working part 30 automatically returns to a non-active position while an operation lever 38 locks the second working part 32 at an active position, thereby holding failure information or a display device 20. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent switch components from being deformed during a manufacturing process accompanied by application of heat and/or pressure. SOLUTION: In this method, a membrane switch 10 is manufactured which is equipped with a pair of insulation layers 12 and 14 and in which each of the insulation layers 12, 14 has at least one contact area 16, 18 formed in mutually opposite relation to a contact area 16, 18 of the other insulation layer 12, 14. The pair of insulation layers 12 and 14 are juxtaposed such that their contact areas 16, 18 to be in opposite relation. A protection layer 22 is inserted between the insulation layers 12 and 14 at least near the opposite contact areas 16, 18, and the contact areas 16, 18 are maintained in a separated state during a subsequent manufacturing stage accompanied by application of heat and/or pressure. The aforesaid protection layer 22 is removed after the manufacturing stage is completed.

CONSTITUTION: Additional modules 5 comprise conductors 51 and the conductors are respectively terminated as pins 54 when the conductors are electrically or mechanically connected with respective terminals 23, 24. The modules 5 are mounted as to be brought into contact with a side face 66 of a casing and the side face 66 is extended between an insulating rib 65 in the front rim and a fixed projected part 63 and fitted between the rib 65 and the projected part 63. Each module 5 comprises a plastic main body 52 and conductors 51 are fitted in the main body 52. The pins of the conductors 51 are engaged with through holes 631, 632 in the projected part 63 to install the module 5 and the open type claws are engaged with a connection terminal 23 or 24 by swinging the module 5. Consequently, for example, a heat resistant relay can be installed on the module 5. COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO
