PURPOSE: To secure an insert on an implant reliably and firmly by surrounding a ferromagnetic part in a gastight manner with an insert sleeve and providing flattened areas distributed around the circumference of the insert in such a way that narrow sections having the full wall thickness of the insert sleeve remain between the flattened areas. CONSTITUTION: An axis-shaped threaded shank 2 is provided under a cup 14 of an insert 1 for screwing the insert 1 into an implant or implant head by means of the threads of the shank 2. An insert sleeve 16 with a magnetic cell inside is carried on top of the cup 14. The magnetic cell is surrounded by and kept in a thin shell 17 of the insert sleeve 16 and covered by a cover 17'. The insert 1 has e.g. eight flattened areas 4 on the circumference of the upper edge of the insert sleeve 16 as an engagement section. The flattened areas 4 are separated from each other in such a way that narrow sections 5 remain on the original circumference of the insert sleeve 16 where there is no flattened areas. The keeper blank material 11 obtd. in such a manner is cross cut to a prescribed thickness by a precision cutting machine. This partition wall 5 regulates an intruding depth of the magnet 2 implanted into the sleeve body 8 while functioning as a spacer of the magnet 3 inserted into the sleeve 8. The ceramic 13 is excellent in in-vivo stability, organic affinity, mechanical strength and adhesion, and it is in particular excellent in mechanical strength so that it may be used for a bone make-up material, in addition to coating for the magnet 13. A samarium-cobalt (Sm-Co) group magnet, a neodium-iron- boron (Nd-Fe-B) group magnet or the like, which may be a forged article, a hot-rolled article, a sintered compact, a plastic composite or the like, may be used as the magnet 13.
