【解決手段】本発明は、ココアに含まれるポリフェノール化合物に基づく抽出物を得る方法であって、前処理に付されていないか、または脱脂されている新鮮な豆であって、かつきれいな穀粒を得るような方法でその果肉および殻が除かれている豆を使用すること、溶媒の存在下に前記穀粒を粉砕すること、求める化合物が抽出され得る条件下に粉砕された穀粒を浸軟すること(maceration)、浸軟された混合物を濾過すること、濾過物から前記化合物を含む抽出物を回収することを含むことを特徴とする方法である。

PURPOSE: To produce a phenol by oxidative decarboxylation of a corresponding benzoic acid in the presence of a catalyst containing copper. CONSTITUTION: The process comprises removing continuously parts of a mixture from a reactor, extracting by contacting the parts removed with water and water-miscible co-solution to interfere depositing tar components in the reactor and, after extracting, obtaining an aqueous solution containing benzoic acid and copper salt, and an organic solution containing tar component, and recycling the aqueous solution to the reactor. NEW MATERIAL:NPF-87KAN-I (C: 49.14%, H: 5.42%, N: <0.5%, ash: 0.9%) comprising a fraction having a mol.wt. of 1000-10000 and NPF-87KAN-II (C: 53.58%, H: 4.55%, N: <0.3% and ash: <0.3%) comprising a fraction having a mol.wt. of ≥10000, both being obtained by fractionating the methanol- extracted substances of defatted KANSHU (a galenical comprising the dried roots and stems of Dryopteris crassirhizoma Nakai, Athyrium pycnosorum Christ, Bleehum orientale L., etc.) with a dialysis tube. USE: A low toxic carcinostatic agent capable of being administered in large amounts. PREPARATION: Defatted KANSHU is extracted with methanol and the obtained extracted solution is concentration-dried and subsequently extracted with water. The aqueous solution is mixed with a hydrophobic organic solvent to remove solvent-soluble contents and the remaining water layer is fractionated with a dialysis tube. The NPF-87KAN-I and II are treated with a high speed liquid chromatographic tube to provide a fraction (IA) having a mol.wt. of 8100, a fraction (IB) having a mol.wt. of 4900, a fraction (IIA) having a mol.wt. of 12800 and a fraction (IIB) having a mol.wt. of 9400.
