Am Maschinengestell (12) ist eine drehbare Tragsäule (50,250) angeordnet, die die zumindest eine Werkstückspindel (30, 32) trägt, wobei die Tragsäule (50, 250) sowohl an ihrem unteren Ende als auch an ihrem oberen Ende am Maschinengestell (12; 212) gelagert ist. Die Offenbarung bezieht sich ferner auf eine mit einer solchen Werkzeugmaschine (10, 210) versehene Fertigungszelle (100), sowie auf ein Verfahren zum nebenzeitminimierten Betreiben einer Fertigungszelle (100).

The present invention relates to a filmic label comprising a face material having a front side, a reverse side and an adhesive layer (4) comprising pressure sensitive adhesive on the reverse side of the face material. The face material comprises at least one surface layer (1, 3) on at least one side of at least one central layer (2), said at least one central layer (2) comprising cavities which have been initiated at initiation sites by stretching the face material in the longitudinal direction and in the cross direction. The cavities have been expanded in the thickness direction of the face material by allowing a gaseous substance to have an effect on said at least one central layer. The present invention also relates to a use of a plastic film for a filmic label.

A machine tool assembly includes a high speed rotating spindle for forming extremely precise surface contours on a work piece. The spindle is supported on a spherical air bearing about its center of gravity. The spindle can be rotated through an air turbine drive system incorporated into the spherical air bearing to eliminate any undesirable moments about an axis perpendicular to the long spindle axis. The spindle is adjustable in pitch and yaw directions through the influence of X-Y actuators. The X-Y actuation system is preferably electromagnetic and provides a non-contact method of displacing the spindle shaft in a controlled manner at any speed.
