After the etching, a through hole 6a is provided in a magnet 6 by, for example, projecting the laser light beam toward the top of the regist 5 on the plate member 4. Then, a bridged portion 4a is removed from the plate member 4, the magnet 6 is removed, and the outer form is ground with the through hole 6a being the reference.
