CONSTITUTION: A colored layer 1 is formed on the water-resisting sheet 2 by applying a water-soluble material causing the portion radiated by the thermic ray to be formed as a crystal of poor water-soluble or nonwater soluble characteristic (e.g. coloring pigment made by mixing pigment with polyvynil alcohol or solution of its denatured polymer). Thermic ray is radiated from the laser beam gun 5 etc. to the colored layer 1 of the printing base 3 thus obtained to form a crystalized pattern similar to the printing pattern, then the layer of formed crystal pattern is cleaned by water to remove noncrystalized portions to emboss the crystalized pattern and to finish the embossing printing. Thereby, an embossing printing having a high strength may be provided.
