CONSTITUTION: When a current is supplied to a coil 15, the coil 15 executes a linear motion by using a yoke 14 as a guide by an electromagnetic action with a magnet 16. Height of the coil 15 is larger than that which joins together each height of the carriage 11, the guide 13 and the supporter 15a, by which height M of the magnet 16 can be enlarged. In such a way, the thrust can be enhanced as shown in the expression I. In the expression I, F ; K ; I ; N ; B ; and M denote the thrust of a motor, a stress coefficient, a driving current, the number of turns of the coil, magnetic flux density of a gap of a magnetic circuit system, and height of the magnet, respectively.
