CONSTITUTION: An overpassing road bridge 1 supported with a plurality of wheeled trestles 3 is constructed, with opposite ends thereof placed touching the road surface, over a road 4 wherein pipes 13 are to be laid. While the overpassing road bridge 1 is opened to traffic, a series of pipe-laying works is executed in succession by operation of various device installed in line under the road bridge 1. The devices include: a pavement crushing and discharge device 5 that is composed of a crushing means 6 and a discharge means 7, an excavating device 8 that is composed of an excavating means 9 and a conveying means 10, a pipe-laying device 12 that is composed of a pipe storing means 14 and a pipe joining means 17 and filling-back device 18 that is composed of a soil supply means 19 and a compacting means 20. In addition to the above-mentioned devices, a paving device 21 and a dehydration and improvement device 11 are installed. Thereby costs for execution of work can be reduced.
