By this movement, the rack 13 is lifted and the cushion 5 is moved to the position of a knee-holder position. And a reclining position is used by increasing the incline of the seat- cushion 5 by an adjusting tool 19 so that the contour of an occupant's body uses a cushion 6 as a seat-cushion or uses the cushion 5 as the seat-back cushion.
