A popup lever (25) provided at a front portion of the lid (21) is popped up by a popup mechanism (50) when the popup lever (25) is pushed downwardly by a predetermined amount. Front portions of the lid (21) and the body case (22) are engaged with each other by an engaging projection (27) and a latch (28), the engagement being maintained even if the popup lever (25) is popped up. However, if the popup lever (25) is gripped and pulled upwardly by force higher than a predetermined pulling up load, the engagement of the engaging projection (27) and the latch (28) is canceled and the lid (21) is opened.
