The process of deciding the fail of the appropriate lamp and the disconnection sate of the wire comprises steps of receiving a diagnosis signal corresponding to the state of the appropriate lamp from each IPS; periodically deciding the current diagnosis signal identical with a diagnosis signal of the former period; deciding whether the appropriate lamp switch is turned on and the current diagnosis signal is the signal corresponding to the fail of the lamp and the disconnection of the wire, if the current diagnosis signal isn't identical with the former diagnosis signal; and determining the fail of the appropriate lamp and the disconnection of the wire, if the conditions of the former step are satisfied.
