PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply control device capable of suppressing current supply capacity needed at power supply means, even when supplying power to a predetermined external device, and to provide an instrument having the power supply control device.SOLUTION: A power supply control device includes: first power supply means 1000 for supplying electric power to a pointer type instrument 30; a first control part 100 which works by the electric power from the first power supply means 1000, performs drive control of the pointer type instrument 30, and controls power supply from the first power supply means 1000 to the pointer type instrument 30; and a second control part 200 for controlling power supply from the first power supply means 1000 to an external memory 500. When a predetermined instruction is inputted, the first control part 100 stops the power supply from the first power supply means 1000 to the pointer type instrument 30, and in response to the stop, the second control part 200 starts power supply from the first power supply means 1000 to the external memory 500.

A multi-function camera system comprises a camera fixed to a vehicle component on a side of a vehicle for photographing a side area of the vehicle; a condition determination unit for determining execution conditions of a plurality of function units; an obstacle detection unit to function based on a determination result from the condition determination unit for detecting, through image recognition, an obstacle present in the vicinity of the vehicle or approaching the vehicle based on a captured image of the camera; and an individual authentication unit to function based on the determination result from the condition determination unit for ascertaining, through the image recognition, whether or not a person having reached the vehicle matches with a user who has been registered at the vehicle beforehand based on the captured image of the camera.
125 Vehicle mounted camera control device JP2012101577 2012-04-26 JP2013226974A 2013-11-07 MASUI SOJI
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle-mounted camera control device which, with respect to a vehicle-mounted camera, which comprises an image capture element and captures an image of a circumference of a vehicle, controls a power distribution state to the image capture element, wherein commencement of the power distribution to the image capture element is suppressed when the vicinity of the image capture element is at a high temperature.SOLUTION: When a process is commenced, first, a power distribution to an image capture element of a vehicle-mounted camera is stopped (camera power source off) (S1). Thus, at least, immediately after an ignition is switched on, the power distribution to the image capture element is not carried out. If a state in which a temperature which is measured by a temperature measurement unit which is disposed in the vicinity of the image capture element is less than or equal to an ON-threshold value (S3:Y) is sustained for a time which is represented with Ams×(launch counter value) (S5:Y), the power distribution to the image capture element is commenced.

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of inexpensively applying an on-vehicle camera to a plurality of uses, without having such a mechanism as causes a vehicle weight increase. <P>SOLUTION: This multi-function camera system 10 has a camera 1 fixed to a vehicle part in a side surface of a vehicle and photographing the side of the vehicle, a condition determining part 3 for determining an execution condition of a plurality of function parts, an obstacle detecting part 5 executed based on a determining result of the condition determining part 3 and detecting an obstacle existing in the vicinity of the vehicle or approaching the vehicle by image recognition based on a photographed image of the camera 1, and an individual authentication part 6 executed based on the determining result of the condition determining part 3 and authenticating whether or not a person arriving at the vehicle is a user preregistered in the vehicle by the image recognition based on the photographed image of the camera 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
128 Vehicle circumference photographing display system JP2009097675 2009-04-14 JP2010251938A 2010-11-04 YAMAMOTO TOSHIAKI
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct a cutout range of a display coordinate according to a deviation without putting a vehicle in a specific environment, even when a position of a camera deviates as a result of an exchange of cameras. SOLUTION: A camera body 21 is accommodated in a bracket 10 fixed to a vehicle, and protrusion portions 24 and 25 fixed to the camera body 21 come into contact with contact position sensors 12 and 13 fixed to the bracket 10. An ECU obtains an output of the contact position sensors 12 and 13 from a predetermined port, and corrects, in the presence of a change of a contact position obtained from the port, a range cut out from a photographed image and displayed based on information of the contact position before change and the contact position after change, so that an area within the cutout range of the photographed image of a camera may not be changed in a local coordinate system fixed to the vehicle before and after the change. 129 Camera apparatus and apparatus for monitoring vehicle periphery JP2004065240 2004-03-09 JP2005110202A 2005-04-21 IMOTO MASAYOSHI; MATSUI AKINORI
<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera apparatus and an apparatus for monitoring vehicle periphery, which pick up a wide range of visual field while adequately adjusting the visual field angel in horizontal and vertical directions, and improve visibility of a displayed image. <P>SOLUTION: This camera apparatus 1 is configured with a lens system 11 by combining a first lens group (wide angle lens system) 25 having a field angle in a horizontal direction of 120° or more, a second lens group (anamorphic lens system) 27 having an anamorphic ratio of 1.5 or more, and a third lens group (image forming lens system) 29. The field angle in a horizontal direction of the lens system 11 is set at 180°-270°. The lens system 11 is configured so that the amount of change in image height with respect to a change in an angle is made larger at the peripheral parts than at the center portion of a formed image. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
130 APPARATUS FOR OPERATING A SIDE CAMERA AND A SIDE TURN SIGNAL LAMP OF A VEHICLE PCT/KR2011000941 2011-02-11 WO2011105710A3 2011-12-15 NAM SE IN
Disclosed is an apparatus for operating a side camera and a side turn signal lamp of a vehicle. The disclosed apparatus comprises: left/right turn signal lamps installed on either side of the vehicle; left/right side cameras installed on either side of the vehicle, in the vicinity of the left/right turn signal lamps; a monitor installed within the indoor area of the vehicle; and a lever switch arranged in the vicinity of the steering wheel of the vehicle and electrically connected to the left/right turn signal lamps, to the left/right side cameras, and to the monitor. When the lever switch is operated to enable the right turn signal lamp to flicker so as to indicate that the vehicle is turning, the right side camera of the vehicle operates in conjunction with the operation of the lever switch. When the lever switch operates to enable the left turn signal lamp to flicker, the left side camera of the vehicle operates in conjunction with the operation of the lever switch. The left turn signal lamp and the left side camera are arranged in a single casing which is mounted on the left side of the vehicle, and the right turn signal lamp and the right side camera are arranged in another single casing which is mounted on the right side of the vehicle.
