The characteristics of the acoustic signals form a radio, a tape generator deck, etc., can be switched over in accordance with the change in position, to make the speaker function as a pillow speaker for personally transferring sound to a rider seated on the seat and an ordinary speaker for transferring sound to the inside of the whole vehicle room. At this time, the TV picture image displayed on the CRT 11 is reflected by the mirror 12, projecting it to the side of another lens 14b, whereby it is formed in front of fellow passengers in a rear seat.
