41 TRANSFORMATION METHOD OF HYBRID TRANSPORTATION VEHICLE FOR GROUND AND AIR, AND HYBRID TRANSPORTATION VEHICLE ITSELF US14241239 2012-08-22 US20150028150A1 2015-01-29 Stefan Klein
Transformation method of hybrid transportation vehicle for ground and air includes the following transformation and reciprocal steps: Tilting the compensation cover (7) on. Expansion of both whole wings (1) from the transportation vehicle longitudinal position around two vertical axes (2) into the flying position. Expansion of rear parts of wings (1) from the top front parts of wings (1) into the spread flying position by tilting the rear of each wing (1) around a horizontal axis (3). The take-off and landing tilting of wings (1) by an angle of attack alpha=0 to 40° of the wings onset. Front wheels track (5) is reduced by axially shifting the front wheels (5) towards the fuselage. Furthermore, a corresponding hybrid transportation vehicle for ground and air is described which contains reciprocal transformation mechanisms for transformation from a sterling double or four-track automobile into a sterling aircraft for take-off and landing on the ground or water, and vice versa.
42 AIRCRAFT WITH A PRESSURIZED VESSEL US12368559 2009-02-10 US20100200689A1 2010-08-12 Robert Erik Grip
An aircraft comprising a fuselage, a vessel associated with the fuselage, a propulsion system associated with the fuselage, and a lift system. The vessel is capable of storing a pressurized gas compressed to a density that allows the aircraft to operate under water. The lift system is capable of providing the aircraft lift to fly in air.
43 All-terrain amphibious vehicle US26692 1979-04-03 US4274502A 1981-06-23 Michael Somerton-Rayner
An automotive vehicle is provided, for use inter alia as a mobile anti-tank guided missile-firing platform, which is sufficiently inexpensive to be expendable in battle and can be readily carried by a helicopter. The vehicle has a main frame comprising a pair of longitudinal closed box section members joined to form a ladder construction by a cross member and having strong points for the mounting of an engine and gearbox. The ground wheels, which lean outwards by about 5 degrees, are mounted on stub axles journalled in the box section members and are all driven by chains housed in oil baths within the box section members. Steering is accomplished by braking the transmission on one side or the other. The wheel tires are low pressure raw hide tires. The closed box section members project below the body of the vehicle and have toboggan-shaped ends to act as runners in snow. The body of the vehicle is constructed as a waterproof box to give buoyancy. The front and back wheels are higher on the frame than the center wheels.
44 Small, personal, all terrain vehicle US686592 1976-05-14 US4072203A 1978-02-07 Neil W. Pierson
A small, personal, all terrain vehicle is disclosed of the articulated, multi-unit type. A first and second unit, having track members pivotably mounted thereto, are also pivotably and rotatably interconnected to each other. A motor is provided in the second unit for driving the track members of the first and second units. The first unit includes a seat for a driver and a steering mechanism causing the pivoting of the second unit with respect to the first unit. The all terrain vehicle is of a small size, in the preferred embodiment being four feet wide and eight feet long, for the personal transportation of the driver. The all terrain vehicle provides advantageous weight distribution in that the weight of the driver of the all terrain vehicle is located in the first unit to provide substantial traction to the track members of the first unit and the weight of the motor is located in the second unit to provide substantial traction to the track members of the second unit. The interconnection of the first and second units and the pivotable interconnection of the track members to the first and second units assure that all four track members engage the travel surface.
