The inner and outer opposed flanges of the rim define perimeters of the rim between which the tire is held. The curved slots are concentric with respect to the perimeter of the outer flange and with respect to the center bore. A centerline is formed radially through the assembly. The disk is positioned on one side of the centerline and the mounting plate is positioned on the other side of the centerline.

The post-table engagement actuates an air interlock which enables the tire inflation system. The cone is trapped on the post by structure on either end of the post.

The shaft 2 is also applied movably with a fastening flange having an annular internal part 10 and the internally threaded opening 11 is screwed to the externally threaded part of shaft 2. According to the structure, the flange can be held in one plane vertical to the shaft 2 at any moving position and can be positioned in radial direction.
