A hollow, soft metal tube inserted between the upper and lower rollers and maintained in contact with the rollers by lowering the upper roller assembly has tubing roundness restored during slow rotation of the tube about its axis and longitudinal shifting of the tube between the roller pairs.

Said punch 11 is provided with a punching part 12, and its end part is rounded 13. The radius at the tip of the part 12 is made smaller than the radius at the top of the bending punch in the previous stage. A backup surface 14 inserted slidably onto the guide part 3 is provided on the outside enclosing the part 12. The bent part of the work W is set by coining using the above-mentioned press die. The work W is thus bent to the bending radius smaller than the radius of the die 1 and to the shape of the vertical wall flaring upward.

CONSTITUTION:The metallic blade 1 having a deformed shape is rotated by its main shaft 2 and its vane part 5 is bent by the sizing roll 7 to correct the shape into the normal shape. The x-directional displacement is performed continuously or intermittently and the y-directional displacement is controlled according to the load detected by a load sensor 8 provided to the supporting base of the sizing roll 7. The deformed state of the vane part 5 is detected by a position measuring sensor 11 and once it detects the shape being corrected into the normal shape, the shape sizing operation of the vane part 5 by the sizing roll 7 is stopped.

In this case, base rolls against the inside surface 17, 18 circumscribe with each other, also each of them circumscribes a part of an opposed short diameter line of the inside surface of the pipe, rotates as the base pipe 13 advances, and only rotating friction force is transferred to a water cooling holder 19 through shafts 23, 24. Accordingly, a load which the holder 19 and a mandrel mechanism 20 receive is very small. Also, this bead removing device 14 has removed only the inside surface bead 34a, but it is also possible to remove an outside surface bead at the same time as removal of the inside surface bead.
