PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a condensed dry milk product which comprises milk particles, contains a prescribed amount of fats, has a prescribed density, a prescribed porosity and a prescribed condensation degree, can easily be reconstituted, does not collect the fats on the surface of a liquid, and has excellent fat dispersibility. SOLUTION: This condensed dry milk product comprises milk particles, contains 0 to 50% of fats, has a low density of 0.40 to 0.80 g/ml, a porosity of 0.35 to 0.65 and a condensation degree of 40 to 70%, and preferably has a breaking strength of 20 to 250 N. The milk particles are selected from the group consisting of powdered skim milk, partial powdered skim milk, powdered whole milk, field powdered milk, modified powdered milk, powdered milk for children, cream powdered milk, the combination of powdered milk with cocoa, chocolate or coffee, and non-milk cream. The condensed dry milk product may further contains 0 to 10% of one or more additives selected from a binder, a stabilizer, an emulsifier and a wetting agent, and a reconstitution time is preferably 15 to 120 sec. The object of the present invention is to provide a method of manufacturing solid milk having better water solubility and keeping suitable hardness even when the powdered milk, which is hard to mold, with low free fat is used. Solid milk has been manufactured by using powdered milk having small particle diameter which was passed through a sieve in order to obtain homogeneous solid milk. The present invention is based on the knowledge that solid milk having suitable hardness and water solubility can be obtained by using powdered milk having large particle diameter which have not been used for manufacturing the solid milk because it has been sieved.
210 METHOD FOR PREPARING GREEN MILK POWDER EP11794385.2 2011-03-30 EP2474231B1 2018-08-08 Xu, Xinyue
The invention relates to a method for processing and preparing a green milk powder, comprising the following steps: a. pretreatment: cutting a plant from the position 2ˆ¼5cm, away from the ground when the tender plant grows to 25-45cm, washing by tap water to remove soil and impurities on the surface thereof, washing by fresh water after ozone bacteria-killing at room temperature, washing by deionized water, and crushing the tender plant; b. filtering: juicing the obtained crushed tender plant, filtering and taking juice; c. mixing: evenly mixing the juice with raw milk proportionally to prepare into homogenized liquid; d. concentrating: evaporating and concentrating the obtained homogenized liquid by an evaporator to prepare concentrated solution; and e. drying: drying the concentrated solution to prepare into green milk powder. The invention has simple process flow and the processing procedure does not damage thermo-sensitive substances such as vitamin C, chlorophyll, SOD and the like in tender plant.

[Problem] The object of invention is to provide solid milk with favorable solubility and enough strength and the method of manufacturing the solid milk. [Means] The solid milk of the invention has X-ray diffraction pattern of its surface area that has a main peak of 2theta=10-15 degrees at 2theta=10-11 degrees or at 2theta=12-13 degrees. A method for the manufacture of solid milk comprises compressing powdered milk to obtain compressed powdered milk; humidifying the compressed powdered milk to obtain humidified compressed powdered milk; and drying the humidified compressed powdered milk to obtain the solid milk. A part of amorphous lactose at the surface of the solid milk 12 is crystallized at the steps of humidifying step and drying.
