SOLUTION: In a tractor and a towed motor vehicle, an steering angle of front wheels 8 of the tractor and a towing angle of an agricultural working machine are detected and controlled, so that a tow center point P of the tractor is moved in left and right directions such that the traveling locus of a rear axle center point T of the tractor and that of an axle center point S of the agricultural working machine are matched. The movement of the tow center point P is performed by a steering operation device 11 constituted of a screw 4 and a ball nut 5 that is driven by a hydraulic motor 3. The high pressure water sprayer pumps water to soil of a lotus root field by moving the traveling unit to one and other sides in order to lower soil hardness. The switching unit connected to the main controller transfers the high pressure water sprayer in an opposite side to the moving direction. The unit for operating the traveling unit is connected to the main controller and moves the traveling unit at a constant distance with being in contact with the high pressure water sprayer.
