(1) Sammeln der Schlachtnebenprodukte, bevorzugt von Kleintieren einer Tiergattung, wobei die Tiergattung ausgewählt ist aus Geflügel oder Hasenartigen, unmittelbar nach dem Schlachten in einem oder mehreren Behältern (10, 10a, 10b);

(2) Kühlen der Schlachtnebenprodukte;

(3) Durchmischen der Schlachtnebenprodukte;

(4) Entnehmen der Schlachtnebenprodukte und gegebenenfalls

(5) Aufarbeiten der Schlachtnebenprodukte unter Gewinnen von wertvollen Inhaltsstoffen in Form von Fetten und Proteinen.

Gegenstand der Erfindung ist auch eine Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens. Mit der vorliegenden Erfindung gelingt es wertvolle Inhaltsstoffe in Form von Fetten und Proteinen aus Schlachtabfällen zu stabilisieren und zurück zu gewinnen.
