PURPOSE: To easily perform information transmission of both or one of an audio and a video sets installed at the both sides of a partition or a wall, or control signal in a room by using both or one of an inductive transmitting device and a capacitive transmitting device. CONSTITUTION: A coil 2 and a coil 3 are set at the both sides of a wall 1. The coil 2 is connected through a cable 4 with the output terminal of an audio amplifier 5, and the coil 3 is connected through a cable 6 with the input terminal of an audio amplifier 7. In the same way, the cables 4 and 6 can be replaced with an infrared receiving diode 8 and an infrared transmission diode 9 respectively. Then, the amplifier 5 includes an infrared transmitting diode 10 for transmitting an audio signal, and the amplifier 7 includes an infrared receiving diode 11 for receiving the audio signal. CONSTITUTION:On a stage 2 of a concert hall, a tape player 3 and a record player 4 are provided, electric signal from them and an audio signal from a commentator are mixed with a mixer 7 and are supplied to a transmitter 10, where an electromagnetic wave with a prescribed frequency and a weak output is transmitted from an antenna 10(15muV/100m). On the other hand, each listner carries its receiver 13, takes a seat as the desires, the said transmitted electromagnetic waves are received to enjoy the music with a headphone 13a. An electric field strength monitoring device 14 is provided around the concert hall, if the electric field is a prescribed value or over, an output adjusting device 15 is controlled to lower the transmission output.

PURPOSE: To secure an assured detection of the distance between the transmitter and receiver by compounding the signals induced at the reception coil and thus to prevent the howling occurrence in case several speakers are installed within a meeting place and hearing the participant's speech through the microphone for loud speaking through the speaker. CONSTITUTION: Coils 12A and 12B are mounted to cores 11A and 11B which cross orthogonally to each other and then installed within speaker box 1, and inductive magnetic flux H is given to coils 12A and 12B from transmission coil 5 provided near mike 2. The wavelength of the signal given from coil 5 is set longer enough than the distance of the reception side, thus securing the same phase or the opposite phase for the voltage induced at coils 12A and 12B. Either one of 12A and 12B is added to adder 14 via 90°-phase shifter 13 to be added with the output of the other coil. And the added output is detected by detector 16, and the variation of the distance is detected assuredly between the transmitter and the receiver. Thus, the occurrence of howling can be prevented.
