A first element 1 is composed of two halves of shells 11, 12 including two protrusions 101, 121 having tubular grooves 102, 122 whose opposed faces are contained by half of the whole face in each of the shells divided by two. A second element 2 has a protrusion 201 having tubular ends 202, 203. The protrusions 101, 121 and 201 are mutually fitted to form a hinge and openings for inserting the electric link.

PURPOSE: To prolong the durable lifetime of a device by so forming flanges as to contact with the hollow chambers between an inner and an outer pipes, in which a cooling medium passes, providing a cooling medium passage inside both the flanges in which feeder conduits correspond to each other, and embedding strands in attached flanges by brazing. CONSTITUTION: Conductive inside pipe 2 and conductive outside pipes 3, 55, 46 are arranged around the same axis, and hollow chambers 4, 5, 50, 51, which are provided between these inner and outer pipes, lead the cooling medium. Metal flanges 9, 11, 13, 14 are provided in an end of these pipes, in which these pipes are connected to feeder conduits 26, 27, and the flange 9 can directly contact with the cooling medium in the hollow chamber 5. Both flanges 19, 20 corresponding to the conduits 26, 27 are provided with cooling medium passages 21, 22 inside thereof, and both ends of a pair of strands 17, 18 are embedded in the flanges 14, 19, 11, 20 by brazing with metal for electrical continuity to each other. CONSTITUTION: A wiring device 30 to be installed between a turn signal box 33 and a steering wheel 36 includes an outer case 40, a band-shaped flexible conductor 50, a wind-slack preventing member 60, and an inner case 70. A connector 44 is formed at the surrounding wall of the outer case 40 and a gear 44a at the inside circumference of this surrounding wall 43, while a connector 74 is formed at the surrounding wall 73 of the inner case 70 and a gear 74a at the peripheral surface of the surrounding wall 73. The conductor 50 is wound in such a manner as to turn oppositely at a folding point on the way, and the two ends are connected with the connectors 44, 74.
