PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve accuracy in inspecting a fitting state of connectors.SOLUTION: According to an inspection method for inspecting a fitting state of a first connector and a second connector, the first connector including an engage part and the second connector including an engage pawl which is engaged with the engage part and is elastically deformable, are fitted and when the engage pawl is engaged with the engage part over the engage part with the elastic deformation, it is determined that the first connector and the second connector are fitted properly. A portion including the engage pawl is imaged by a camera, data to be changed by deforming the engage pawl by riding on the engage part are measured from the image captured by the imaging, and the measured data are compared with preset reference data, thereby determining whether or not the first connector and the second connector are fitted properly.
122 Guide member JP2011082676 2011-04-04 JP2011233871A 2011-11-17 ALEXANDER GELFER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide member which guarantees the accurate volume of a cavity.SOLUTION: A guide member comprises: a coil body having a core; two flanges which are formed on both the tips of the core in the axial direction and which are protruded in the radial direction. One of the flanges is formed to be fixed on a printed substrate and bigger than the other. The external surface of the coil body is surrounded by a shield ring placed on the bigger one of the two flanges, so the shield ring on the front face and lower edge has a step part which faces the inside, and a leg of the step part forms a support face for supporting the internal face of the flange. The other leg forms a contact face for contacting the exterior edge of the flange. The step part preferably extends around the perimeter of the shield ring. Thus, the volume and the position of the cavity formed between the upper flange and the internal face of the shield ring is determined.

133 Case for wire harness JP27992097 1997-09-26 JPH10112918A 1998-04-28 CALLAGHER SR ROBERT E
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange a cable easily without an error, by indicating a cable arrangement line for arranging a wire harness, at a tape having an adhesive. SOLUTION: A line which includes a wire arrangement line 58 is printed at an adhesive tape which has an adhesive or an adhesive strip, and each of the arrangement line 58 forms each route of corresponding individual cables. The tape 56 is used especially when manufacturing a wire harness directly for a case 12, as the wire arrangement guide of individual cables. When used, the tape 56 is bonded to the floor 50 of the main body of the case 12. Individual cables are laid along the corresponding wire arrangement lines, and are bonded to the tape 56. The tape 56 and the wire arrangement line 58 decide the length of each cable, and it should be avoided that the cable is too short or too long. The end of the cable is terminated into a connector by a known means after placing the cable along the wire arrangement line 58 and bonding it to the tape 56. COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
134 High frequency signal branching device JP33624194 1994-12-22 JPH08181559A 1996-07-12 MATSUBARA HIROSHI
PURPOSE: To receive and utilize a branched signal by branching part of a high frequency signal received at an input terminal by a branching circuit when the high frequency signal is to be received and providing an output of the branched signal from a branching terminal. CONSTITUTION: A high frequency signal received by an input terminal A3 of a main body A reaches a branching body B from a connection terminal A5, part of a high frequency signal is branched in the branch circuit and outputted from a branch terminal B25. The branch body B is separated from the main body A and another branch body having many branch terminals is connected to the main body in place of the branch main body B to increase number of branch terminals. In the case of replacing the branch body, a high frequency signal is outputted from an output terminal A4 through a signal transmission means in the main body A. In the case of replacing the branch body B, a new branch body provided with a branch circuit branching a high frequency signal of a required level is used to set a signal level at a terminal equipment receiving the high frequency signal from the new branch body to a sufficient and required level.
