PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit changeover switch having a drive device which does not cause breakage of a pump chamber or a seal due to thermal expansion of operation fluid.
SOLUTION: The circuit changeover switch 60 including the drive device 10 includes ceramic pumps 18a and 18 b, which alternately pressurize and depressurize the operation fluid 100 within a fluid chamber 13a on opposite sides of an electroconductive movable body 110, to thereby move the movable body 110 within the flow chamber 13a, whereby one of changeover electrodes 62a and 62b is electrically connected to a common electrode 61. When the pressure of the operation fluid is increased and decreased at high speed by the ceramic pumps, micro channels 16a and 16b exhibit a high passage resistance, so that the pressure within the channel does not escape to an internal-pressure buffering chamber 15a, and the movable body moves without fail. When the pressure of the operation fluid increases slowly due to the thermal expansion of the operation fluid, the micro channels exhibit a low passage resistance, so that an expanded portion of the operation fluid is led to the internal-pressure buffering chamber, and the pressure increase of the operation fluid is suppressed.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI

PURPOSE:To reduce the size and cost of a device by arranging, in a passage for passing a pachinko ball, a thin film switch closed by the weight of the pachinko ball and a magnet for attracting the pachinko ball to reinforce the pressing force added from the pachinko ball to the thin film switch. CONSTITUTION:When a pachinko ball P passes a prescribed passage in a pachinko game machine, the protecting film 4 and upper film 5 of a thin film switch 3 are deflected by its weight and the attracting force of a magnet 2 buried in a base plate 1 forming a detecting element 18, so that electrodes 8, 9 on both upper and lower sides mutually make contact. On the other hand, when the pachinko ball P is passed through, the protecting film 4 and the upper film 5 are returned to the original positions by the respective elasticities, so that the electrodes 8, 9 are mutually separated. The contact and separation in the electrodes 8, 9 in both the upper and lower sides is detected by a detecting circuit, converted into electric signal, which is then transmitted to a control circuit and a counting circuit, respectively. Thus, the pachinko game machine is controlled to release a prescribed number of pachinko balls, and the passed pachinko balls are counted.

PURPOSE: To provide a refrigerant flow changeover apparatus and a refrigerator capable of realizing excellent cooling efficiency more inexpensively. CONSTITUTION: A refrigerator using a refrigerant flow changeover apparatus 214 for carrying alternately a refrigerant from a high pressure evaporator 208 and a low pressure evaporator 224 of a freezing system and such a freezing system includes a refrigerant flow changeover valve 218 for carrying a refrigerant from the high pressure and low pressure evaporators alternately to the compressor. The changeover valve 218 is controlled with a pressure switch 219. The pressure switch 219 opens and closes a switch assembly 278 in a circulating manner utilizing a pressure difference between the refrigerant from the high pressure evaporator 208 and the refrigerant from the low pressure evaporator 224 to shift the switch 219 between a low pressure position and a high pressure position.
