43 VHS RIFLE PCT/HR2006000010 2006-05-08 WO2006120487A2 2006-11-16 VUKOVIC MARKO
The VHS rifle shown on Figure 1 , among other, has a handgrip 30 that is placed in the rifle's centre of gravity, so it can be held in a single hand. The rifle has so called 'soft' opening and closing of the breech 12 that results in light recoil when a shot is being fired. At the front end of the handgrip 83 are the facilities for mounting of the bayonet 97, and in front of the front handgrip 83 is a swallowtail grove for attaching a lamp or an IR lamp 87. In the middle of the cover 19 is a handgrip for carrying the rifle. The rifle has integrated mount for attaching the grenade launcher 88, and mechanism for its firing, Figures 4. The bottom part of the handgrip 30 contains the feet 78 that can be folded into the groove on the handgrip 30. In the middle of the cover 19 is a mounting for attaching all sight types, Figure 1. This rifle, in spite of all accessories and contents, does not weigh more than 2 kilograms, without ammunition, bayonet, lamp and the grenade launcher barrel.

The invention relates to a bottom plate member (6) which is designed and made for initially tightening a chamber in which a high gas pressure is generated, for example the propellant charge chamber (4) in an ammuniton round for a recoilless weapon system or in pipes or containers within the process industry. The plate member (6) is breakable and opens for the gases to exit when the gas pressure within the chamber exceeds a certain level. The plate member has a through hole (12) in the center which gives an effective starting point for the cracking process as well as fractural impressions (10) to control the cracking process so that the plate is divided into a number of well defined parts of flaps (11) which are connected to each other. The plate member (6) further comprises a number of straight edges (16), which number corresponds to the number of flaps (11), against which edges the base of the flaps are arranged to be folded when the plate member opens due to the gas pressure.
56 PRACTICE WEAPON FOR A CARRIED RECOILLESS ANTI-TANK WEAPON EP95906573.0 1994-12-27 EP0739473A1 1996-10-30 ASBRINK, Mats
The present invention relates to a practice weapon for a hand-held recoilless anti-armour weapon. Hitherto practice weapons with sub-calibre barrels (2) mounted in full calibre barrels (1) have been used. To enable the marksman to repeatedly train to be subejected to the powerful noise and pressure effects of a full calibe weapon, the practice weapon according to the invention includes a marker charge (3), which is arranged to be ignited at the firing of a sub-calibre round. In order to transfer the ignition sequence in a simple fashion with few moving parts, the marker charge (3) is arranged to be ignited by the jet of flame of the charge of the practice projectile.
57 Recoilless missile launch system EP90307413.6 1990-07-06 EP0414359A2 1991-02-27 Phan, Dzung V.; Minds, Kevin S.

A missile launching system with an open-ended cylindrical container (10) having a bore in which a slidable piston (20) is located between the missile (12) and a gas generator (14) adjacent the container aft end (16). The piston (20) area is substantially the same as the container bore at the aft end (16). An internal ring (42) forms a reduced area throat for gas exiting via the aft end of the container (10) with the ratio of the piston area to the throat area, Ap/At, being functionally related to the propellant physical characteristics.

60 Grenade and grenade launching apparatus US12976434 2010-12-22 US09488422B2 2016-11-08 Helmut Hammer; Axel Pfersmann
The present invention relates to a grenade that can be fired from a barrel, for recoilless firing. The barrel is open at both ends and is without any flow cross-section constrictions. The grenade is formed of a grenade base body which surrounds at least one explosive charge, and a flow cross-section reduction device for reducing the flow cross-section of the barrel. The device is arranged in the opposite direction to the firing direction X with respect to the grenade base body. The flow cross-section reduction device is connected to the grenade base body, separated from it, via a connecting device, and is connected to it such that it is stable during firing. A grenade launcher or shell firing apparatus has a grenade such as this, and the grenade firing apparatus has a barrel which is open at both ends and does not have any flow cross-section constrictions.
