6 Boring drill JP2008080941 2008-03-26 JP2008267129A 2008-11-06 CHAN YAO-PANG
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boring drill for quickly discharging waste, after boring. SOLUTION: A power motor is combined with a screw shaft 2 and a drill head axis shaft 1 and is constituted by coupling this combination with a frame by a fixing plate 21. The axis of the power motor transmits the drill head axis shaft 1 directly. Several drill blades 12 are provided in an outer peripheral position of a drill head 11 of the drill head axis shaft 1, and an inlet port 13 of a cutout shape is formed above the drill blades 12. The screw shaft 2 on the outer periphery of the drill head axis shaft 1 meshes, by combining a main drive gear 22 and a planetary gear 23 in the fixing plate 21, and two rotary plates 24 are integrally coupled. If the axis 31 rotates, the main drive gear 22 on the outer periphery of the drill head axis shaft 1 rotates at a high speed, by directly transmitting through the drill head axis shaft 1. 7 Ground-boring device JP10177193 1993-03-24 JPH06341283A 1994-12-13 YOSEFU HAISU
PURPOSE: To enable one worker to bore exceedingly many holes into the ground without putting forth his strong strength, even on a rough ground or a slope. CONSTITUTION: Motor-transmission units 21 and 22 for a boring drill 23 are connected to a frame 10 fitted with running mechanisms 14 and 15. In the other end section of the frame 10, handle devices 11c, 16a, and 16b, which are maintained at the height of the grip of a worker when the worker operates a ground-boring device, are provided. In addition, a retaining device 18, which retains the motor-transmission units 21 and 22 so that the boring drill 23 may substantially be extended vertically, is provided in the space of the frame 10. Because of the retaining device 18, the boring drill 2 revolves against the longitudinal direction of the frame 10, when the drill 2 enters into the ground. COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO

PURPOSE: To avoid the defect of possibility that turning moment is increased suddenly by the sudden lowering of the number of revolution of a drill and the gluing of the drill when the drill collides with a resistor in a bored hole, and to surely eliminate a danger existing in a known drilling apparatus by a simple structural means. CONSTITUTION: A release lever 2 and a brake device operation-coupled with the lever 2 are installed to the drilling apparatus. When the release lever 2 is operation-coupled with the brake device as follows-that is, when the unwanted rotational movement of the drilling apparatus by encountering to a drilling resistance of a drill 18 reaches a previously imparted critical value, the release lever 2 releases the brake device. SOLUTION: A container 26 is composed of a first molded part 50 and a second molded part 52. An additional function is added to the first molded part 50 so as to make the first molded part 50 easily linked to the second molded part 52 and a handle 128 easily and additionally provided to the part 50. A hooked projection 134 is made to extend from a horizontal upper part 74, and a groove 136 is cut in the upper part 74. A tab 138 provided with a groove 140 is provided to a lower base 76. A side handle 128 is snapped at a prescribed position and fixed onto the sides 32 and 36 and upside 38 of a carrier engaging with both the first molded part 50 and the second molded part 52 to hold an assembly firmly in one piece.

PURPOSE: To reduce distributed soil in a region adjacent to a soil sample by gradually trim-removing soil in the bottom of a borehole with a trimming tool after drilling the borehole auger. CONSTITUTION: A borehole is drilled by an auger 1 having a removable nose cone. Next, a soil remover 5 is inserted to the auger 1 to fix to the auger 1 by a hydraulic clamp 2 fixed to a hydraulic cylinder 7. Next, a motor in a trimming tool 11 rotates a trimming blade about the axis of the hole and at the same time, the cylinder 7 is activated to gradually push the tool 11 and a casing 13 downward. In accordance with the tool 11 being advanced downward by this operation, the highest layer of soil is gradually timed or collected. Thus, it is possible to obtain a surface which is substantially vertical to the longitudinal axis of the auger and is practically smooth.
