The present invention relates to a bridge inspection rail installed on an abutment or along the circumference of the upper side of a pier to inspect facilities such as a bridge. It is generally impossible that an inspector easily and safely approaches a superstructure of the bridge or a bridge bearing which is required to be continuously inspected since the pier installed on an elevated bridge or a river crossing bridge is tall and is installed in a remote area which is inaccessible on foot or by car. Thus, an ambulatory passage which allows an operator to approach a structure on foot to continuously inspect the facilities is required, and the bridge inspection rail is provided as the ambulatory passage adhering to the abutment of the bridge and the pier. The present invention provides the bridge inspection rail developed in an original and advanced way.

The present invention provides a precast concrete barrier with a linear drainage function, which drains water linearly from a road surface of a bridge, thereby improving drain efficiency in case of localized heavy rain and easily removing foreign substances causing clogging of a drain, and including a function of discharging water penetrating the road surface of the bridge; and a construction method therefor. According to the present invention, the precast concrete barrier with the linear drainage function makes it unnecessary to install a drain facility on the side of an existing bridge, thereby having an environmentally friendly structure considering the appearance. The precast concrete barrier is manufactured through a precast process in a factory, thereby reducing manpower, the construction periods, and the construction periods according to the duration of concrete curing in comparison with existing methods curing concrete at a construction site. The precast concrete barrier with linear drainage function easily secures and maintains uniform quality, since the barrier is manufactured in the factory, and is rarely exposed to external environment, thereby improving durability.
