The invention relates to a method of fabric formation in which from a set of threads is formed a shed, through which is inserted a second set of threads, whereupon the inserted thread arrives at the fell of the formed fabric. At least two equivalent sets of threads mounted in an equivalent manner on equivalent carriers are used for forming fabric, whereby alternately a shed is formed by the individual sets of threads and alternately a thread of a corresponding set is inserted through the shed as a weft thread so that each of the threads of one set of threads is inserted in one particular weaving cycle through the shed, which is formed by the threads of another set of threads, and this inserted thread of one set of threads is used in at least one following weaving cycle as a shedding thread for forming a shed by the threads of this set of threads and for inserting one or more threads of at least one other set of threads, whereby the threads of all the sets of threads together form the binding points of the fabric being formed. A device for fabric formation which comprises at least two sets of threads, whereby it further comprises a shed forming device and a weft insertion device and also comprises a beating-up device and a take-up and winding device of fabric. All the sets of threads are mounted in an equivalent manner on equivalent carriers, each carrier being aligned with a insertion device of a corresponding set of threads, whereby each set of threads is aligned with means for fixing the ends of the picked threads of each set of threads and means for regulating the tension of the inserted threads of each set of threads and also means fo forming shed by the inserted threads of another set of threads. |

The present invention discloses a seamless webbing loop of a rock climbing quickdraw, a textile machine and a textile method. The seamless webbing loop of a rock climbing quickdraw contains a plurality of tubular webbing layers, one surrounded by another, among which there is at least one indication layer. The indication layer is adjacent to the outermost one among the plurality of tubular webbing layers or is the innermost one among the plurality of tubular webbing layers. Such a multilayered structure of the webbing loop enhances the strength of the webbing loop for the quickdraw, but does not cause a seam to the webbing loop. Further, the indication layer contained in the webbing loop functions to remind a user of timely replacement of the webbing loop when the webbing loop is worn, and thus the webbing loop is safe in use. With the movable spindle assembly arranged on the textile machine, it is convenient to remove the webbing loop from the textile machine. In addition, the webbing loop disclosed in the present invention has a simple structure without any seam, and is strong, safe and durable. |

The present invention relates to a method for producing a one-piece preform for a composite structure, said preform being produced by means of a three-dimensional weaving method. The method is characterised in that it comprises the following steps which involve: - positioning a plurality of bundles of warp threads (13) distributed over the at least two pairs of harnesses; -alternately and as desired making: - movements of low amplitude of each of the pairs of harnesses so as to make at least two adjacent and separate layers (17, 19); - movements of higher amplitude of the pairs of harnesses so as to at least partially link the at least two adjacent layers (17, 19) on an least one portion (23) of the preform.

Different weaving materials, apparatuses, and methods are provided for producing woven textiles having different functional and aesthetic characteristics as compared to woven textiles produced using conventional methods. The different weaving materials comprise reactive materials or combined materials produced by an intermittent splicer. The different apparatuses include finishing devices for introducing organically-shaped lateral edges and interior apertures, and three-dimensional effectors for introducing three-dimensional aspects into a product as it is being woven. Weaving methods include simultaneously weaving fine denier panels and coarse denier panels.

The invention relates to a Jacquard weaving loom (100) for creating a fabric by weaving between a plurality of warp threads (201) and a plurality of woof threads (202). The fabric includes a predetermined number warp threads per length unit and a predetermined number of warp thread layers. The loom includes a comber board (111) including a plurality of holes (1110) for passing a corresponding number of guide threads (113) therethrough, each guide thread being provided with an eyelet (114) having a warp thread (201) passing therethrough. The holes (1110) in the comber board (111) are distributed along a predetermined number of columns (1111) extending parallel to the direction of the warp threads (201) and a predetermined number of rows (1112) per column extending in a direction perpendicular to the direction of the warp threads. The comber board (111) includes a number of columns (1111) of holes (1110) per length unit that is less than the number of warp columns per the same length unit in the fabric and a number of rows (1112) of holes (1110) greater than the number of warp layers in the fabric.
