PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning device for a draft roller in which a pad body is provided to be made into contact with or to be moved away from the draft roller and pressing force of the pad body against the draft roller is maintained constant. SOLUTION: The cleaning device 61 for a front bottom roller 28 includes a pad supporting lever 70, a fixed member 90, a first torsion spring, and a pressing lever 31. The pad supporting lever 70 supports a pad body 62. The pad supporting lever 70 is mounted on the fixed member 90 in a manner that the pad supporting lever can be rotated. The first torsion spring is mounted on the fixed member 90 and applies force to rotate the pad supporting lever 70 in a direction in which the pad body 62 is made into contact with an outer peripheral surface of the front bottom roller 28. By moving away from the front bottom roller 28, the pressing lever 31 applies force to rotate the pad supporting lever 70 in a direction in which the pad body 62 moves away from the outer peripheral surface of the front bottom roller 28. PURPOSE: To prevent scattering of dust and fiber waste generated by a spindle wind and obstruction to an air flow of air conditioning by providing a separation element acting as an air filter. CONSTITUTION: In a textile machine, a separation element 10 consists of a fixed separation wall made of felt-shaped or fabric-shaped materials acting as an air filter so as to cover plural spindles 3 arranged in a row on a spindle table 2 from the side of the spindle or of movable long or ring-shaped filter belt/or the like. The separation element is provided in an inner position 22 or an outer position 23 of the machine with respect to the spindle 3, and a cleaning device composed of a relatively movable suction nozzle is provided side by side in the separation element 10. The separation element filters dust of material particles, fiber waste, or the like, which is broken away from the spindle 3 and generated by the rapidly rotating spindle 3, weakens an air flow at a passage between the machines by squeezing a spindle wind and avoids obstruction to a room cleaning function by air conditioning.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further develop a ring spinning frame to especially optimize drive energy required for generating sufficiently high negative pressure in a small suction pipe associated with the operation of a suction device.
SOLUTION: The ring spinning frame includes many spinning units arranged at every section. In the ring spinning frame, the spinning units are mutually located and positioned to be arranged on both sides of a shaft axis in the longitudinal direction of the machine and each of the spinning units uses a small suction pipe connected to a filter device to which the negative pressure is applied through a suction passage in the region of the draft mechanism. The small suction pipe 10 of at least one mechanical section 4 of the ring spinning frame 1 operates a demarcated and controllable sliding element 13 inserted into a passage part 11, whereby it is intended to be alternatively connectable to a negative pressure source 14 installed to the passage part 11 and protected from stains, or to the suction passage 12 of the machine length of the ring frame 1 to which the negative pressure is applied.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for cleaning a textile machine capable of dissolving a fault of a currently used conventional method for cleaning the machine at least to a considerable extent. SOLUTION: The cleaning of a textile machinery 10 or a part 18 of such the machine 10 is carried out by irradiating the parts 18, 24, and 40 with a laser beam for a suitable period of a time. The operation can be carried out at the regularly operating positions of the parts 18 and 24, or in the regular operation state of the machinery 10 to avoid the stopping period of the machinery because of the traveling thread 23. In other way, the operation is carried out by moving the thread to other part and cleaning the former part 24, or by moving the other part to the regular operating position and simultaneously moving the part 24 to be cleaned to a cleaning position. The laser beams can be irradiated as a parallel beams to parts 18 and 24 to be cleaned from a removed position by using a lens system 27b, or introduced to the part 40 by an optical fiber cable 45 extended thereto.
