PURPOSE:To prevent the deposition of fly waste liable to deposit and grow on a tail yarn, by setting a bracket fixed to a spindle rail at a specific position, and preventing the interference of the tail yarn at the lower end of a fine spinning cop before winding. CONSTITUTION:The upper end 21a of a bracket 21 fixed integrally to the spindle rail 2 is positioned between the fine spinning bobbin 15 and the ring 13 at the lowest position, and the bracket is arranged to prevent the interference of the tail yarn 18 before winding. When a fine spinning frame furnished with the above apparatus is operated at high rate of revolution, the air stream at the lower circumference of the fine spinning bobbin 15 is disturbed by the bracket 21, and the deposition of the fly water is inhibited, and if deposited, it is removed immediately or the growth is suppressed.

PURPOSE:In the spinning process where the bundle of fiber is subjected to following operation in order, predrafting, wetting, maindrafting, false twisting, drying and winding up, water is sprayed on the surface of the false twisting nozzle to prevent the sticking and accumulation of short fibers and contaminants on the surface of the false twisting nozzle. CONSTITUTION:A bundle 1 consisting of at least one of yarns is subjected to predrafting between the back rollers 4, 4' and front rollers 5, 5' in the predraft zone 2, then wetted with water from the nozzle 6. Then, excessive water is removed with squeeze roller 8, 8' and main drafting is effected between the back rollers 9, 9' and the front rollers 10, 10' in the main drafting zone 3. The yarn is false twisted by means of the nozzle 11 and spun with taking-up rollers 12, 12', then dried and wound up. Water is sprayed continuously or intermittently from the pipe 14 on the surface of the false twisting nozzle 11.

The pad supporting lever 70 supports a pad body 62. The pad supporting lever 70 is mounted on the fixed member 90 in a manner that the pad supporting lever 70 can be swung. The first torsion spring is mounted on the fixed member 90 and applies force to swing the pad supporting lever 70 in a direction in which the pad body 62 is made into contact with an outer peripheral surface of the front bottom roller 28. By moving away from the front bottom roller 28, the pressing lever 31 applies force to swing the pad supporting lever 70 in a direction in which the pad body 62 moves away from the outer peripheral surface of the front bottom roller 28. |
