CONSTITUTION: A method for producing a large amount of high purity nucleotides comprises: a step of providing a sequencing substrate with a replication library of oligonucleotides on a solid support(S110); a step of sequencing the replication library(S120); a step of obtaining measured location information of the solid support on the sequencing substrate(S130); a step of mapping pixel information and measured location information generated from the solid support(S140); a step of isolating a solid support with desired base sequence from the sequencing substrate using the mapping result(S150); and a step of amplifying the oligonucleotide of the isolated solid support(S160).
