Beschickungseinrichtung für Schachtöfen, insbesondere Hoch­öfen, mit einem oberhalb des Schachtofens (1) angeordneten Behälter (3), der durch eine Trennwand (8) in eine untere Verteilerkammer (9) und eine obere Schleusenkammer (10), der das Beschickungsgut durch einen Fülltrichter (18) von oben zuführbar ist, unterteilt ist. Die Trennwand (8) enthält außerhalb ihrer Mitte über den Umfang verteilt wenigstens zwei individuell verschließbare Bodenöffnungen (14), durch die das Beschickungsgut aus der Schleusenkammer (10) in die Verteilerkammer (9) zuführbar ist. Durch Verteilerrohre (12), die die Verteilerkammer (9) mit dem Schachtofen (1) verbinden, wird das Beschickungsgut dem Schachtofen (1) zugeführt.

Le clapet de dosage est constitué de deux registres rotatifs (10, 12) en forme de calotte sphérique ou cylindrique pourvus de découpes symétriques par rapport à l'axe d'une ouverture centrale définie par le mouvement des registres et de leur découpe, ces registres étant solidaires de deux arbres d'entraînement (14, 16) disposés l'un coaxialement par rapport à l'autre et logés dans des paliers d'un châssis.

En vue de la conception d'un mécanisme compact et économique pour actionner les arbres (14, 16), chacun de ceux-ci est pourvu d'un bras (24, 26), articulés chacun, par l'intermédiaire d'une bielle (28, 30), sur un levier culbuteur (32, 34), montés sur un axe de pivotement (36) parallèle à l'axe commun (0) des deux arbres (14, 16), ces leviers culbuteurs (32,34) étant reliés à un dispositif d'entraînement pour les faire pivoter autour de leur axe de pivotement (36).

SOLUTION: This device is the one for closing or opening the opening hole part containing inclined disks connectable with driving devices, especially a filling opening hole part or the bottom opening hole part in the material bunker disposed above the furnace charging hole of the blast furnace. The inclined disks are connected with two swinging shafts mutually extended in parallel and further precisely, the end edge ranges of the inclined disks vertically positioned to the swinging shafts of two swinging arms are connected with joint parts so as to shift from the closing position to the opening position and reversely as the same along a oppositely directed arc course when these arms are shifted. PURPOSE: To supply a charge material in a funnel-shaped hopper housing the charge material at a desired flow velocity to a package by providing the lower release opening of the hopper with a liftable belt and a central metering body for regulating the flow velocity. CONSTITUTION: A shutter 52 is pressed to a sheet 54 in the form of leakage resistance to close a lower sealing member 50. The entire part of the belt 66 is lowered to a closure position to close the release opening 72 and the charge material 20 is held in the hopper 18. The shutter 52 is pivotally moved to a protective position shown by a broken line to open the lower sealing member 50, by which the central metering body 68 is lowered to the corresponding to the desired flow velocity. Next, a bell 66 is risen to release the release opening 72 and the rising position thereof is so selected as to minimize influence to the outflow of the material 20 from the release opening 72 and to empty the hopper 18 with good uniformity. PURPOSE: To obtain the diffusion of materials and the decrease of separation by arranging a plate for closing and deflecting the materials, too, movable in a funnel-type hopper and further, a valve for adjusting the material flow from a skip to the hopper connected with the skip. CONSTITUTION: A charging device in a blast furnace 10 is formed with a chute 12 distributing charging material, a skid carrying system 16 for elevating the charging material, a closing casing 20, the funnel type hopper 22 suspended so as to be rotatable in the closing casing, etc. The above casing 20 contains a means for controlling the flow-out of the charging material between a discharging part with the slag 66 and the distributing chute 12 and is directly supported with a head of the furnace 10. Then, the plate for closing and defleting the material, too in vertical direction in the hopper 22 and movable in the axial direction, is arranged and further, the valve 68 connected with the skip 66, is arranged to adjust the flow of the material from the skip 66 to the hopper 22. PURPOSE:To keep perfect mixed condition of raw material in a furnace by holding charged raw material upper level to higher than bottom face of conical bell and continuously supplying the raw material from gap between the bell bottom face and furnace top wall. CONSTITUTION:The upper surface of the raw material 2 in furnace top part in the blast furnace is held to higher than the bottom face level of the conical bell 11. At the time of lowering the level of the raw material 2 according to descent of the charging material 3 in the furnace, the mixed raw material 1 in a uni-pressure discharging hopper 5 is supplied into an upper hopper 10 in the furnace top through lower sealing valve 8. The charged raw material 2 goes down from the gap 12 between the bell 11 and the furnace top wall 2, to form reversed conical-shape surface 13 at lower space 14 in the bell. Furnace gas passes through the reversed conical-shape surface 13 and comes to the lower apace 14 in the bell and is exhausted from exhaust gas ducts 4 arranged at opening part of sloping face part of the bell 11. By this method, the separation of coke and ore at the time of charging them into the furnace is prevented and the perfect mixed condition in the furnace can be kept.

PURPOSE:To suitably control gas flow distribution to radius direction in a furnace by changing piling shape and porosity to the radius direction at the furnace top and to stabilize furnace condition, by changing area or shape of a dischanging hole of swinging chute for charging raw material in a two bell movable armor type blast furnace. CONSTITUTION:After storing once iron ore, coke and the other submaterials in a fixed hopper 1 arranged at the top of the blast furnace, they are stayed in a small bell hopper 4 through discharging valve 2 and swinging chute 3. The raw materials are dropped into a large bell hopper by opening/closing the small bell 5 through descending/ascending a lifting rod 6 and successively by opening the large bell, they are charged as dispersing on the furnace top part. In this case, by arranging changing mechanism 7 of area and shape in discharging hole of the swinging chute 3, dropping condition of charging raw material dropping from the swinging chute 3 is changed to change the piling shape and the porosity to the radius direction of the raw material on the small bell 5. And, by adjusting the piling shape and the cavity to the radius direction of the raw material on the furnace top stock line, ascending gas flow at the radius direction in the furnace is suitably controlled and the furnace condition of the blast furnace is stabilized.
