Предлагаемая конструкция позволяет установить на основной силовой ведущий вал агрегата дисковые щетки с внутренними и внешними диаметрами, позволяющими свободное вращение при их жестком креплении на валу в количестве от 6 до 8 штук с заданными установочными размерами. Предлагаемая подметальная машина путем дополнительного устройства может собирать мусор в отдельный съемный контейнер. Комплекс прост в обслуживании, недорогой, универсальный и мобильный, управляемый одним оператором, позволяет экономить время и добиваться хорошей производительности труда при уборке и очистке территорий, а также накоса сена для животноводства.
