CONSTITUTION: A reserve tank 18 is placed between the fourth (the last) preheating tank 4 and the heating tank 5, and the pump 19 and the circulation piping 20 are attached to the reserve tank 18. The circulation piping 20 is connected with the precooling tanks 7W10 through the supply valves 21W24. When the preheating tanks 1W4 are emptied by the interruption of production, the temperature of the preheating tank is elevated and the cooling water is supplied to the tank through the pipe 16. The water in the tank overflows successively to the next tank to processed the heat recovery until it reaches to the reserve tank 18. When the liquid level of the reserve tank rises above the preset level, the pump 19 is actuated by the signal from the detector 25. When the emptiness of the product has extended to the precooling tanks 7W10, the temperature of the precooling tank decreases, and finally the supply valve is opened to supply the hot water stored in the reserve tank 18.
