CONSTITUTION: Piglet meat is processed to healthy food having soft finish and original seasoning, capable of widely eating from infants to elderly people, by balancing a body fluid of the piglet from the raising stage to the processing stage and replacing an animal fat of the piglet with a vegetable fat. The processing is carried out by the following method: (1) the piglet is grown up to about 2 months by giving fresh green grass in large quantities in addition to feeds and cut off from water and wine of fine quality is added to the piglet one day before being butchered. (2) the butchered piglet, from which the internal organs are removed, is wholly roasted using an oven having special triple structure. Thereby animal fat is removed from the piglet. (3) the meat of the piglet treated by a process (2) is loosened and then original seasoning is applied to the meat by treating the meat with a nutmargarine.
