CONSTITUTION: Bottle containers 11 such as beer bottles and beverage bottles are continuously conveyed in a row on a conveying conveyor 12. When the bottle containers 11 being conveyed reach the coating part, the one side of each bottle 11 is rotated being fitted to a belt for rotation 21 of a bottle rotating device 13, while each bottle container 11 contacts with a set of coating rollers 14 on the opposite side of the belt for rotation 21. On the other hand, the coating solution in a storage tank 35 is spread out and made uniform while passing through plural liquid feed rollers 41 and 42 rotating at low speed, from drip nozzles 38, 39, and is applied to both coating rollers 14. This coating solution is spread on the shoulder part and lower side part of the bottle container 11 in a band form by a specified thickness by means of the coating rollers 14, so that a ring film is formed.
