The holes 12 of the box body 11 are sealed and closed by the check valves 13 and further, the washing water is discharged from the air ejection holes 14 of the box body 11, by which the fine-porous membrane rubber 15 is expanded and bent toward the outside around the fixing end 16 of the membrane rubber in the case of back washing. The washing water washes the filter layer 17 through the porous membrane rubber 15 from the hole of the box body 11 in this state.
