Next, the exposure part of the sensitive film is resolved by chemicals to be removed together with the photoabsorbing substance on the exposure part while forming a photoabsorbing substance film excluding the part expected to be a phosphor layer. After said process, a phosphor screen of green, blue and red is formed.
