Next, the sensitive film is exposed through a color selective electrode. Then a photoabsorbing substance is applied inside of the panel including an exposure part of the sensitive film while rotating the panel, followed by being dried. Next, the exposure part of the sensitive film is resolved by chemicals to be removed together with the photoabsorbing substance on the exposure part while forming a photoabsorbing substance film excluding the part expected to be a phosphor layer. After said process, a phosphor screen of green, blue and red is formed.
