A condenser 5 is connected to the auxiliary coil 4 and one end of the main coil 3. Consequently, the auxiliary coil 44 is arranged in a shape that it does not adjoin to the main coils 21 and 32. Thus, the applied conditions of voltage applied among the main coils and the auxiliary coils are decreased, and dielectric breakdown can be prevented.
