An alkali ion water spray nozzle 13 is arranged in the passage 5 so as to allow the leading end thereof to face to the interior of said passage 5 while a drain means 17 is provided so as to be communicated with the passage 5 at a position under the opening of the nozzle 13. That is, because coarse water droplets in atomized alkali ion water are fallen and separated and mist like molecules of alkali ion water sufficiently made fine and having a high energy level are dispersed in the steam stream, the supply of steam with good quality having no stickiness can be realized as a whole.
