CONSTITUTION: The input signal 9 to the print panel 11 is supplied to the logic circuits 1 and 2, and the input signal 10 is supplied to the logic circuit 3 each. These input signals are turned into the output signals 12W14 to be delivered through the logic circuits 1, 2 and 3. When these signals 12W14 have the periodicity each, the gates 6W8 are provided at the output side. Thus the signals 12W14 are branched off to be supplied to the AND circuit 4. The output of the circuit 4 resets the watchdog timer 5 which is set to have the cycle little longer than the cycle of the signals 12W 14. Accordingly, in case a fault occurs at a part of the logic part, the AND condition is not secured with the timer 5 not reset. Thus the alarm 15 is delivered due to the time-out. In such way, the alarm produced with every print panel, thus facilitating an easy partitioning of the fault.
