USE: Useful as a remedy for various diseases, e.g. thrombosis or cerebral hemorrhage or an intermediate therefor, and having inhibitory action on blood platelet aggregation, and/or inhibitory action on leukocytotaxia with low toxicity.
PROCESS: A compound of formula II, e.g. hydroxybenzaldehyde, is condensed with a cis-or trans-aminomethylcyclohexancecarboxylic acid of formula III and a salt or an alkyl ester thereof in an organic solvent through dehydration to give the compound of formulaI.
