CONSTITUTION: The differential pressure Δp of the load side varies in accordance with the fluctuation of a load 4. This change of the pressure Δp is detected by a differential pressure detector 20 and a speed controller 22 is controlled. Thus the operating speed of a cool/warm water circulating pump 10 is controlled. The controller 22 decides whether the given pressure Δp is contained in a deceleration band, a constant speed band or an acceleration band. The pump 10 is accelerated when the load 4 increases and the pressure Δp lowers down to the acceleration band. While the pump 10 is decelerated when the load 4 reduced and the pressure Δp rises up to the deceleration band respectively.
