The floor material 19 and the finish material 19 are detached to perform wiring work and the vibration applied to the floor material 19 is transmitted to the beams 8, 9 by the sleeper 10 and the bundles 11, 12 to be diffused to pillars 4 or walls 2, 3. Therefore, sound insulating properties and earthquake-proof properties can be enhanced.
