CONSTITUTION: A slit 10 is set to be extended to the axial direction on a dovetail shaped piece 9 and a taper screw 12 is spirally joined with the screw hole 11. After fixing a position of the axial direction by inserting the piece 9 in the rotor's groove, the taper screw 12 is screwed into. The piece 9 is elastically transformed by the slit 10 to tighten the taper screw 12 and to be fixed through an increase in the surface pressure. Thus, adjustment of the blade position is easily allowed to be made to lead to a simple fixing of the blade on and off the disc rotor. Further, reliance of the fixed blade may be increased because of a large contact area between the disc rotor and the blade's dovetail part.
