CONSTITUTION: The stem or leaf of an almond tree is aseptically immersed in an auxin suitably in an auxin concentration of approximately 20μM to 100mM for an immersion time of approximately 1-600 seconds and subsequently cultured in a hormone-free agar medium to accelerate the rooting. After the rooting is confirmed, the rooted stem or leaf is transferred to a water culture process. The water culture process and the subsequent processes do especially not require to be aseptic and permits to be the usual environment. The rooting is further accelerated to grow the root hairs. When approximately 1-3 weeks later a main root having a length of approximately 3-5cm and approximately two or three large roots grow, the seedling is transplanted in soil. Or when the seedling is cultivated by a conventional cultivation method such as the water culture method, a perfect plant body can be prepared.
