The treated water is then introduced into the treating part B and is treated. More specifically, the waste water such as waste water of a semiconductor plant contg. the ions of phosphorus, nitrogen, etc., is treated by using the plants by which said ions are efficiently removed and at the same time the economical value is produced. The waste water treatment is thus efficiently and economically executed.
