When the fermentation reaches an appropriate level, the mixture is squeezed and the solution is combined with a 3:2 mixture of rice flour and potato flour to form a wet powder, which is subjected to fermentation. When it rises up to about 40°C in its temperature by the fermentation heat. the mixture is dried into a powder to give the objective enzyme powder.
